Black Mandala Bag Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Promoter The promoter is Soulza (ABN 68 612 451 153) of [your business address, e.g., Melbourne, Victoria, Australia] ("Promoter").

Promotion Period The promotion commences at 8:30 AM AEDT on Friday 6 March 2026 and closes at 12:00 PM (noon) AEDT on Sunday 12 March 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Excluded: Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, associated agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

How to Enter To enter, eligible entrants must place a valid online order (any value, at normal retail price) on www.soulza-handbags.com.au during the Promotional Period. Each qualifying order constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple orders during the period will result in multiple entries (one per transaction). No other form of entry is permitted. Entry is not available via phone, mail, in-store (if applicable), or other methods. The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost/delayed orders, or entries not received for any reason.

Prize One (1) prize only: One all-leather handcrafted Black Mandala Bag (as featured on the website), approximate retail value AUD $279 (correct at time of promotion). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or credit. The prize is supplied "as is" with no warranties. The Promoter will cover standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand. Any additional costs (e.g., duties for NZ if applicable, express shipping) are the winner's responsibility.

Winner Selection The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place at the Promoter's premises (or electronically) within 7 business days after the Promotional Period closes. The draw is a game of chance; odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize The winner will be notified by email (using the email address associated with their order) within 2 business days of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize and provide any required details (e.g., delivery address). If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is ineligible, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter may (at its discretion) conduct an unclaimed prize draw in the same manner.

General

By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter's decisions (which are final).
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and may disqualify entries/orders that are invalid, fraudulent, or non-genuine.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the promotion or use of the prize.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
